Through this program the Department offers rebate awards for up to 30 percent of eligible system costs with a maximum incentive of $10,000 for the purchase and installation of a solar photovoltaic or solar thermal energy system under $50,000 in total cost.
This program is currently closed due to lack of funding. The program is expected to resume in July 2009 (FY 2010), although terms of the program have not been published and there may be changes. Check back periodically for updates.
